ACTIVE INGREDIENT: OXYFLUORFEN, 240 G/L

PREPARATIVE FORM: EMULSION CONCENTRATE (EC)

• OXY EC, ECA selective contact herbicide for pre-emergence and post-emergence application (post-emergence only in onions) against a broad spectrum of annual and some perennial broadleaf weeds.

• MECHANISM OF ACTION:

OXY EC, EC disrupts energy transformation processes in the plant, particularly ATP synthesis. Chlorophyll production is halted, and cell membranes are destroyed. As a result, weed tissues become dehydrated and die.

• APPLICATION METHODS

In onion crops, split application is possible: the first – 0.3 L/ha at the 1–2 leaf stage, the second (0.3 L/ha) and third (0.3 L/ha) with 7–10 day intervals, depending on weed emergence. Selling onion as “green bunching onions” (for fresh leaves) is prohibited. The product does not require the addition of adjuvants or other active substances. Do not mix with graminicidal (grass-targeting) herbicides. Post-application inter-row cultivation is not recommended, as it may reduce herbicidal effectiveness. OXY EC, EC shows high efficacy in tank mixes on sunflower crops with PROGROUND EC, EC; EKRAN EXTRA EC, EC; STRATEG SC, SC; and on soybean crops with METRIX WG, WG and FLUSION WG, WG.

Note: in case of heavy rainfall, treated soil may splash onto the crop's leaf surface, causing minor burns, which do not affect yield or further plant development.
