• DIBENZON SC, A low-toxicity insecticide in an updated, improved formulation. Designed to combat lepidopteran pests in maize, cereals, and many other crops.
• MECHANISM OF ACTION:
The active ingredient in DIBENZON SC — diflubenzuron — belongs to the group of insect growth regulators (IGRs). Diflubenzuron disrupts chitin formation in the insect cuticle (outer exoskeleton), which interferes with the molting process of young larvae as they attempt to transition to the next developmental stage, ultimately causing their death.

• ADVANTAGES OF THE PRODUCT
improved and convenient formulation – suspension concentrate (SC)
effectiveness is not dependent on temperature (optimal range: +8 to +25 °C)
low toxicity to warm-blooded animals and beneficial insects
non-toxic to bees and can be applied during flowering
long-lasting protective effect
rapid degradation in water and soil
broad compatibility with integrated pest management (IPM) systems
effective against pest populations resistant to other chemical classes of insecticides
• РRODUCT is available in a convenient and reliable that has been tested for durability on the pressure and mechanical stress, which occurred during transportation and storage. Inside the canister contained ftoryste special coating that provides guaranteed protection environment.
• PACKAGING - jerrycan 5 L
• APPLICATION METHODS
The effectiveness of the product depends on the ovicidal activity of the target pests, which makes it essential to apply the treatment before egg-laying begins. The optimal timing for application is best determined using pheromone traps or other pest monitoring methods. Application of DIBENZON SC, should begin when pest populations reach the economic threshold level. The residual activity of DIBENZON SC, lasts for approximately 3–4 weeks, which typically covers the full flight period of one generation of moths. If the moth flight period is prolonged due to weather conditions, a second application may be necessary. For larval control, the product should be applied to caterpillars in the 1st–2nd instar stage.
•TARGET PESTS:
• Corn – meadow moth, European corn borer, cotton bollworm.
